After graduating from the University at Albany, Attorney DiGiovanni earned her Juris Doctor degree from New England Law. She then worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City, where she tried cases concerning homicides and violent crimes for more than 10 years and rose to the position of Deputy Chief. During her time as a prosecutor, Attorney DiGiovanni was appointed Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York for Project Safe Neighborhoods, a federal initiative aimed at solving violent crime issues that communities throughout the nation continue to face.
Attorney DiGiovanni won justice for many crime victims while working as a prosecutor, taking the invaluable opportunity to help people and hone her trial skills. When she joined our firm, she dexterously adapted her myriad talents to fight for the injured victims of negligent parties.
