Mark Kuminski graduated from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 1990 and was admitted to the bar that same year. Upon graduation, Mark served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Following his clerkship, he joined Levinson Axelrod in 2001 and is currently the managing partner of the law firm. As a managing partner at Levinson Axelrod, P.A., Mark plays an integral part of our law firm’s representation of accident victims.
Throughout his more than 30 years as a trial attorney, Mark has dedicated his entire legal career to protecting the rights of accident victims. These include the handling and litigation of complex personal injury matters involving construction site accidents, premises liability, and serious motor vehicle collisions, among other injury-related cases. Mark’s specialty within the law firm is the handling of cases involving complex liability and/or damages issues. Mark is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is a past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. He has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for the past 15 years.

Educational History
Mark has lived in New Jersey for most of his lifetime, having grown up in South Brunswick Township and attended school there. He graduated from Trenton State College (now known as the College of New Jersey) in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mark also played varsity intercollegiate football while attending College. Mark graduated from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1990, and was admitted to the bar that same year. After graduation, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County.
Community Involvement
Mark has been involved with the local legal community throughout his legal career, and has served as either an officer or a member of the following organizations:
- Past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association;
- Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization of attorneys who have obtained million dollar settlements or verdicts; and
- Member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
