Jessica Bland is a Partner at Levinson Axelrod, P.A. who serves clients throughout Middlesex County and the surrounding areas of New Jersey from our firm’s Edison office. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, careful preparation of cases, insightful problem solving, and creativity – attributes honed from her experience as an educator and adjunct professor– Jessica provides the high-quality legal representation clients need to resolve a range of complex cases.

Jessica is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York. After graduating from the Seton Hall University School of Law, she began her legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Charles E. Jessica has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars for three consecutive years (2017 – 2019). The distinction, awarded by one of the nation’s most trusted attorney-rating services, is reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated the highest standards of professional excellence, and who have cultivated the respect of their colleagues and legal peers. No more than 2.5% of all practicing lawyers in the state are selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list each year.

A Focus on Personal Injury. a Passion for Justice.

Jessica focuses her areas of practice on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises and product liability, medical malpractice, and other accidents and serious injuries resulting from the negligence of others. Her experience in commercial litigation adds to her ability to deftly protect the rights of the injured and the wronged in complex claims where plaintiffs must take on powerful corporate defendants and insurance companies at trial.

Jessica is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, a trial advocacy organization based in Essex County. In addition to helping clients fight for justice and the compensation they deserve, she is also passionate about helping the next generation of legal minds through her work as an adjunct professor with Seton Hall Law’s Moot Court Program (MTCT).
