Shelby Falco comes to us with eleven years of medical malpractice experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Monmouth University and graduated Cum Laude in 2008. While at Monmouth University she was also awarded the Italian Achievement award for her accomplishments in the study of the Italian language. Mrs. Falco then pursued her legal career at New York Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012 and began practicing in medical malpractice shortly thereafter. Having gained a thorough knowledge base of not only the legal aspect of medical negligence cases, but the medicine as well, she is well versed in all that is necessary to successfully strategize medical negligence claims.
Mrs. Falco is a member of NJAJ and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. She currently resides in Howell, New Jersey, where she lives with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include the beach, reading books, playing the piano, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family.
