
Francis J. Leddy, III
Biography
Frank is a partner with the Firm having joined Levinson Axelrod after working for over 16 years representing Fortune 500 corporations, insurance carriers and their insureds defending personal injury lawsuits. It’s with that intimate knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies and the thought process of their risk assessment that he’s able to leverage and secure outstanding results for his injured clients.
Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Leddy served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Law Division of the New Jersey Superior Court - Bergen County. He is also certified by the State of New Jersey to serve as a Mediator.
Awards and Recognitions
In recent years, the National Trial Lawyers invited him to join the Top 100 Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group made of the best 100 plaintiffs’ lawyers in the nation. Membership qualification is based on a lawyer’s results and professional reputation.
Education
Frank received his B.A. from Villanova University in 2001 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Personal Life
In his spare time Frank is a stand-up comedian who has performed at renowned comedy clubs like Gotham Comedy Club and the Stress Factory. He has opened for professional comedians, such as Caroline Rhea and Jim Gaffigan, and has dedicated his time and comedic talents to benefiting charitable organizations such as the YMCA and Bridges outreach.
