Frank is a partner with the Firm having joined Levinson Axelrod after working for over 15 years representing Fortune 500 corporations, insurance carriers and their insureds defending personal injury lawsuits. It’s with that intimate knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies and the thought process of their risk assessment that he’s able to leverage and secure outstanding results for his injured clients. To that end, he has resolved or tried cases and obtained judgments for his injured clients.
Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Leddy served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Law Division of the New Jersey Superior Court - Bergen County. He is also certified by the State of New Jersey to serve as a Mediator.
From 2013 -2019 Frank was named to the “Rising Star” list in Super Lawyers. He was also named to the “Top Lawyer” list by New Jersey Monthly from 2015-2018.
Frank received his B.A. from Villanova University in 2001 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Outside of the courtroom, Frank focuses on spending time with his wife and is a doting dad to four (4) beautiful daughters.
