Brian Riehl is an Associate at Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked as a Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations where he conducted investigations into trans-national criminal organizations involving narcotics, guns, and human trafficking on the southwest border. Brian ultimately left the agency to pursue a career in law. He attended Rutgers Law School in Newark where he served as a member of both the Rutgers Law Review and Moot Court Board. Upon graduating from Rutgers Law, Brian began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Alberto Rivas, J.S.C., a clerkship which allowed him to gain invaluable experience in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. At the completion of his clerkship, Brian put his law enforcement experience to use as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office where he worked in both the Trial Section and Special Victims Unit. Since joining the firm, Brian has successfully transitioned from helping victims of crime to helping victims of accidents seek justice for the injuries they have sustained.
