Our client drove vans for his employer. One snowy morning, he was tasked to clear snow from the company vans, so they could be moved out of the parking lot, which needed to be snow plowed. While clearing some of the snow, he slipped on ice that had formed in the parking lot and landed on his back, resulting in back injury. Surgery was required to address the injury. After taking numerous depositions and retaining the necessary experts, Attorney Greiner was able to build a case against the persons tasked with preventing the ice from forming and was able to secure a $900,000 settlement.
