Fusco is a skilled legal advocate who has a singular focus when representing his clients— results. The numbers speak for themselves. In his first decade of practice he recovered more than $30,000,000 for his clients. An honors graduate of Lehigh University, he triple-majored in Literature, History and Journalism. While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, he had the opportunity to intern for three different judges, including: a State Trial Court Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Essex Vicinage; a Federal Trial Court Judge in the District of New Jersey; and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. These experiences working for such talented jurists made him confident that he wanted to represent clients in the courtroom as a trial attorney. Fusco became Certified by the Board of Attorney Certification as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney at age 32, the youngest age possible. In 2016, 2017, and 2019, he made the Top 100 jury verdicts list for the State of New Jersey. He has also been named to the “Rising Star” list in Super Lawyers from 2015 to 2021 and named to the prestigious Super Lawyers list in 2022 to 2023. He specializes his practice on helping injured victims of motor vehicle collisions, unsafe premises and dangerous products. A Shareholder, he helps supervise the automobile practice for the firm. While he has represented clients in all 21 counties in New Jersey, he practices primarily in Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
