Earlier this month, Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Attorney Ron Yuro of our Edison office recovered a six-figure settlement for a rear-end auto accident victim.
According to case records, Ron’s 21-year-old client was stopped in traffic when she was rear-ended by another vehicle. The collision pushed her car into the vehicle in front of her and caused injuries to her neck and lower back. The victim received conservative treatment and underwent six separate pain management procedures.
Leveraging his insight as a former insurance defense attorney, Ron was able to negotiate a $100,000 settlement on behalf of his client. The settlement will help cover his client’s medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other damages.
