Todd Wachtel, Esq., a Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Partner in our Flemington office, recently secured a six-figure Workers’ Compensation settlement for a client who was injured on the job.
According to court filings, Todd’s client suffered multiple injuries in an accident involving a pallet jack and endured multiple surgeries to his shoulder, wrist, and arm. Given the severity of his client’s injuries, Todd was persistent in his efforts to obtain a fair recovery during negotiations with the employer and its Workers’ Compensation insurer. Ultimately, he prevailed in tendering a settlement totaling $310,620.
