Rich Marcolus Presents at New Jersey Workers’ Comp Bench Bar Conference

Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Partner Richard J. Marcolus recently shared his insight as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney with fellow lawyers and members of the judiciary at the 30th Annual Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Conference.

The annual conference was presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Workers’ Compensation Section, and was held on December 18, 2019 at the Westin at Forrestal Village in Princeton, NJ. The Conference drew over 500 attendees, including more than 50 judges.

Drawing from his considerable background representing injured workers and their families, Rich’s presentation reviewed the Top 25 Workers’ Compensation cases from the previous year. The review included detailed discussions of high-profile and precedent setting cases, their implications on matters handled by work injury attorneys statewide, and their potential for shaping legislative efforts related to workers’ compensation laws and employer policies in New Jersey.
