Joe Marabondo, a Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Partner in our Edison office, recently secured a $300,000 policy limits settlement for an auto accident victim.
As noted in court records, Joe represented a client whose vehicle sustained a minor impact from behind. As a result of the collision, his client suffered a lower back injury that necessitated surgical treatment.
Though the case was complicated by the fact that Joe’s client had received prior treatment for her lower back, Joe’s commitment to maximizing her recovery proved successful. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the case for the full $300,000 limit of the defendant’s insurance policy.
