Patrick Caulfield, head of the firm's Workers' Compensation Department, is devoted to protecting the rights of injured workers. He has 37 years of experience representing injured workers and is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney so he is ideally suited to handle your claim. His certification was earned and is maintained through extensive performance review and evaluation by his colleagues, adversaries and judges.

Pat also serves as a leader to other members of the bar, being a current member and former Chair of the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar Association. He has also served as Chair of the District Fee Arbitration Committee. He is a frequent speaker at New Jersey Bar Conferences.
EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
Patrick graduated from Villanova University in 1975 and received his Juris Doctor with distinction from Ohio Northern University Pettit College Of Law in 1978.

Pat has represented injured workers for over 35 years and has tried hundreds of cases. Recently, Pat has been successful in obtaining Total and Permanent Disability for a variety of injured workers who will each receive lifetime, weekly, tax-free benefits from $213.34 to $699.00 per week.
