As a managing partner at Levinson Axelrod, P.A., Mark is an integral part of our law firm’s representation of accident victims. Mark has been with our law firm for his entire career, and his practice focuses solely on protecting the rights of people who have been injured by the negligent acts of others.

These include the following cases: $2,500,000.00 in a auto accident case; $2,250,000.00 in a fall down accident; $2,200,000.00 in a construction site accident; $2,000,000.00 in a construction site accident; $1,900,000.00 for failure of supermarket employees to perform C.P.R. or utilize an on-site defibrillator; $1,750,000.00 in a fall down accident; $1,750,000 in a construction site accident case; $1,515,000.00 settlement in an excessive service of alcohol case; $1,500,000.00 in a construction site accident; $1,500,000.00 in a motor vehicle accident; $1,100,000.00 in a fall down accident; and $1,000,000.00 in a motor vehicle accident. $1,000,000.00 in a truck unloading accident.
Educational History
Mark has lived in New Jersey for most of his lifetime, having grown up in South Brunswick Township and attended school there. He graduated from Trenton State College (now known as the College of New Jersey) in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mark also played varsity intercollegiate football while attending College. Mark graduated from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1990, and was admitted to the bar that same year. After graduation, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Mark joined the law firm in 1991, and has been here ever since.
Community Involvement
Mark has been involved with the local legal community throughout his legal career, and has served as either an officer or a member of the following organizations:
- Past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association;
- Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an exclusive invitation only organization of the top trial lawyers;
- Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization of attorneys who have obtained million dollar settlements or verdicts; and
- Member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
