David joined Levinson Axelrod in 2012, and takes pride in being a positive voice for those who have suffered harm. He believes in the power of the law to provide for the wrongfully injured—and he uses his considerable skill to fight for people who need support in order to recover and move forward.
Strong Legal Experience
David has clerked for multiple judges during the early part of his legal career. He was a law clerk for a firm in Philadelphia, working in insurance defense litigation. Here he gained valuable experience understanding both sides of an injury or disability claim. He gained insight into how insurance firms attempt to avoid liability when it comes to your injury claim.
He also worked as a research assistant for the Health Law Institute, understanding how personal health and public policy intersect. His experience in this arena serves him today as he builds cases for his clients, who are often suffering from disabilities that require medical testimony and complex paperwork to prove in court.
Before coming to Levinson Axelrod, David worked in landlord-tenant law at a Pennsylvania firm. He is currently admitted to the bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
David attended Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he double majored in Political Science and German. After spending some time working for Lidl Corporation in Germany, he pursued a law degree from Widener University School of law.
