Ronald B. Grayzel – Partner

Ronald Grayzel has been a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer since 1977 and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has routinely represented victims of automobile accidents, fall downs and work injuries and crimes. Ron has won many large verdicts on behalf of families who have lost loved ones and or who have been seriously injured.

Ron is well-known in the legal profession for handling and trying complex products liability cases against large manufacturers of consumer products, motor vehicles, industrial machines and prescription drugs.

He was a pioneer in the field of mass torts being one of the first lawyers in New Jersey to try legal actions for victims of asbestos disease against asbestos manufacturers. Ron argued the first major products liability case against asbestos manufacturers in the New Jersey Supreme Court. Ron has also handled toxic tort cases against chemical manufacturers whose victims have become afflicted with occupational and environmental cancers. Ron was the chair of the plaintiff’s steering committee for lawyers representing victims of the Durham Woods explosion and for hemophiliacs in their legal actions against manufacturers of tainted blood products.

Ron writes extensively on tort issues for the New Jersey Law Journal and delivers lectures to other professionals in continuing legal education programs. He has been a leader of many professional organizations and he has volunteered for many charitable organizations that require legal assistance.

Ron received his B.A. from Rutgers in 1973, his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in that same year. Ron has been a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1984. He was a former Chairman of the Civil Trial Bar Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Ron has been selected by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on its Civil Practice Committee and Mass Tort Committee. He also serves on the District Ethics Committee.
