Fighting for Clients with Complex Liability Claims
For help with complex claims, you can depend on the knowledgeable and effective representation of Attorney Matthew Pietrowski. His experience as a former environmental chemist and AIG claims adjuster for poison and toxin claims makes him ideally suited for the most complicated cases.
Before pursuing law as a career, Matt studied Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behavior. In these studies, he learned about the direct effect that the law would have on individuals and their health. This knowledge has given him a contextual understanding of toxic tort cases that distinguishes him from his legal peers.
Previous Career in Chemistry & Claims Adjusting
Before become an attorney, Matt was a law clerk at Levinson Axelrod. Working there, he realized that he wanted to devote his life and career to providing for injured individuals through well-constructed injury claims. He began attending Seton Hall University School of Law, working as a claims adjuster for AIG at the same time. Due to his background in environmental chemistry and policy, he mostly handled lead paint poisoning claims.
In 2004, he graduated from Seton Hall and passed the New Jersey State Bar. Now an associate at the firm, Matt is particularly excellent when it comes to brief writing. In addition to his own practice of law, he often works with all of our team helping prepare effective cases for trial. When you work with any attorney at Levinson Axelrod, you will likely benefit from the signature excellence and insight that Matt brings to every case he works on.
