Over the course of his career, Mark has successfully obtained numerous significant trial verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including multiple verdicts or settlements of one million dollars or more. These include the following cases: $2,250,000.00 in a fall down accident; $2,200,000.00 in a construction site accident; $1,750,000.00 in a fall down accident; $1,750,000 in a construction site accident case; $1,500,000.00 in a construction site accident; $1,500,000.00 in a motor vehicle accident; $1,100,000.00 in a fall down accident; and $1,000,000.00 in a motor vehicle accident.
Mark has lived in New Jersey for most of his lifetime, having grown up in South Brunswick Township and attended school there. He graduated from Trenton State College (now known as the College of New Jersey) in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mark also played varsity intercollegiate football while attending College. Mark graduated from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1990, and was admitted to the bar that same year. After graduation, Mark served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County. Mark joined the law firm in 1991, and has been here ever since.
Mark has been involved with the local legal community throughout his legal career, and has served as either an officer or a member of the following organizations:
- Past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association;
- Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an exclusive invitation only organization of the top trial lawyers;
- Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization of attorneys who have obtained million dollar settlements or verdicts; and
- Member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
