What if I am injured in an automobile accident, but I do not have health insurance?

Your automobile insurance company will pay your medical expenses. If you are not covered by an automobile insurance policy, the automobile insurance company that insures the vehicle in which you were driving will pay your bills. You should be aware that there is a deductible amount for which you will be responsible to pay. If you have selected Health Insurance as primary under your automobile insurance, but have none, you may still be able to obtain coverage with some penalty. Please contact us, so we can answer these questions in greater detail.
