How long will my case take?

We try to evaluate and settle all cases as soon as possible. However, this depends upon the nature of your injuries and communications with the responsible parties’ insurance company. We write for doctor’s reports and hospital records immediately to determine whether the injury is a chronic injury or not. If your injuries cannot be evaluated promptly, or good communication cannot be established with the insurance company, the case may take a significant amount of time to conclude. We make every possible effort to settle cases as early as possible, but insurance companies can delay settlement until the case is called to trial.
