Johnson & Johnson has recalled four million packages of Children’s Benadryl allergy tablets after citing that there were insufficient development in the manufacturing process.
The spokesperson for the company has said that this recall has been done due to a precaution and that no safety issues have been reported yet. The company posted the recall on the website, but did not create a press release about it.
The McNeil unit already withdrew 40 types of children’s medicine in April reducing sales of the New Jersey-based company by $600 million.
