20 year old, Kevin Dilks, of Chatsworth, was charged with reckless driving and underage drinking, second degree vehicular homicide, and driving under the influence for the single-vehicle crash that killed Ashley Adams, 19, of Southampton.

The crash occurred this past Sunday at 1:45am in Egg Harbor City. Dilks lost control of the car causing it to roll and send Adams out the passenger seat, according to police.
