Daniel Williams - ASSOCIATE
Daniel received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000, his law degree from Roger Williams Law School in 2003 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in that same year. Shortly thereafter, he received his license to practice law from the state of New York. Prior to joining Levinson Axelrod, Daniel practiced in the area of personal injury defense. The knowledge, experience and insight he gained while representing personal injury defendants has given him an unparalleled advantage over those attorneys who have practiced solely on one side of the law. He uses that knowledge and experience to his advantage on a daily basis when dealing with defense attorneys and insurance companies. He is proud to be a member of such a prestigious and reputable law firm.
"Personal injury attorneys play a very important role in our society. They not only help to compensate individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others, but they force people and companies to adhere to strict standards with regard to their actions, the products that they produce and the working conditions they provide. I am extremely proud to be a part of this necessary and honorable profession."
