Todd Wachtel - ASSOCIATE
Todd graduated from the International Studies Specialized Learning Center at Freehold Township High School in 1990. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1994. Following college, he earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington Delaware in 1997. He was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the same year, and the State of New Jersey in 1998.
Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Frederick P. De Vesa, J.S.C., and then went on to work in private practice. Prior to joining the firm, Todd was employed by the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety as a Deputy Attorney General where he represented the State in Workers' Compensation claims throughout New Jersey. He has been a coach for North Brunswick High School in a state-wide mock trial competition, and sits on the Board of Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Mercer County. He is also a group leader for the Justice Coleman Workers' Compensation Inn of Court. Todd argued Martinez v. Silverine, 361 N.J. Super. 99 (App. Div. 2003), which resulted in a published opinion from the New Jersey Appellate Division. He lives with his wife and son in Montgomery, New Jersey.
