Brett Greiner - PARTNER
Brett grew up and went to high school right near our Edison office. Being an avid Hurricanes fan, he went on to the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. He then attended the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State where he received his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Brett worked for Levinson Axelrod in the Edison office as a summer law clerk.
After graduating law school he spent a year working at the Middlesex County Courthouse working as a law clerk to the Assignment Judge of the Superior Court. Following his clerkship, he worked at another personal injury firm before returning to Levinson Axelrod as an Associate before becoming a Partner.
Brett is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Brett is also a motorcycle enthusiast which helps him understand the realities that confront motorcycle riders leading to accidents. Brett handles a wide range of personal injury cases including auto, construction, fall down, motorcycle, nursing home, malpractice and consumer fraud cases.
